Castletown Connections Session

Connecting Carers Research Project
Two Roles, One Life: Carers Managing Their Own Conditions
We’re inviting Unpaid Carers to join Andrew, our Research Officer to the Wick Library for an in-person session to discuss our recent research ‘Exploring the experiences of Unpaid Carers (both Adult and Young) living with a long-term condition or disability while also caring for someone else.’
These conversations are all about you, your experiences, your insights, and your voice.
What to Expect:
A relaxed, informal setting to connect with fellow Carers
A chance to hear key findings from recent Carer-focused research
Small group discussions to reflect on your own experiences
Opportunities to ask questions and shape future Carer support
Why Your Voice Matters:
Help ensure the voices of Unpaid Carers are heard and valued
Influence how support services are designed across the Highlands
Be part of a growing community working together to make change happen
