Volunteers' Week Stories

Pam, a retired trained counsellor, has been an exceptional volunteer with Connecting Carers since December 2020. She offers telephone and online counselling to unpaid carers, providing them with much-needed emotional support. Pam's dedication and professionalism have made a significant impact, supporting five carers weekly. Pam's contributions have been invaluable to the counselling service.
